General Fitness / Beginner Strength Without Much?

I'm 14, and I plan to get some weights in a few weeks, but want to begin strength training now. I have a machine, but have no clue if that works well. It has a variety of weights and positions. Should I try using that and the guide for it? Also, what are some small thing I can do at home without any equipment to work on upper body and abs?

Parkour / Best vault going straight ahead?

Hello! I have been planning on starting Parkour for a while and found this summer is a good start. I plan to only practice basics vaults and rolls until getting in better shape. My question is, what is the est vault for going straight at a rail? Would it be kong? Guessing no. Maybe dash? If it dash, I have been practicing different steps of it, but I get a sudden scare when lifting my second leg over to go for the sitting position. Any tips?

Diet / Diet for a Beginner

So i have had good help on exercise in the forums, thanks, but now i need to work on diet. I need to lose belly fat so can you help me with this. I want my diet to be this because i ate a lot of fatty foods before so its going to be hard to get used to.

DINNER
Meat:
Chicken or Turkey most times

Vegatables:
Carrots
Corn
Brocoli

Fish:
Salmon
Tilapia

Other:
Mashed potatoes

Lunch
I dont usually eat lunch at school because its unhealthy so i might just bring some fruit and water.

Breakfast
Oatmeal
Fruit
Maybe plain yogurt or bacon(cant give it up)

Snacks( My main problem)
I used to get hungry and grab a pop tart or chips but i realized that was really unhealthy
So now i eat

Granola Bars
Fruit
Or Nuts

Drinks:
Gatorade
Fruit 20
Water
Soda(once a week)

Can you guys help me with this or is it ok? Its not the best because my parents probably wont be up for it every night, so im doing my best and mainly decreasing snacks which is main problem.

General Fitness / HIIT Help

I just tried my first HIIT workout. I sprinted for 20 seconds then walked for 40 seconds five times, im just a beginner so im going to build up to a 2:1 ratio. The problem is that i didnt eat for an hour before and i was 108 pounds then after i had a gatorade, normal size, and a granola bar, i then gained 2.5 pounds. How did this happen?

I know theres a million threads on this but none of them have what i need so heres my story. Im 13 and have a some belly fat and not much muscle, since ive started parkour its motivated me to get fit. Can you guys tell me how to improve my workout routine.

I do...

Press ups, about 10 5x times a week
Jog for 30 minutes whenever i can
V-Sits 50 5x a week
Sit-ups 50 5x a week
Im going to start HIIT too
I also practice rolls and vaults daily for an hour.

Is this ok for a person whos never worked out before, i have realistic goals.

Lose all belly fat
Be able to do 35 Press Ups
Gain speed and endurance, being able to jog for about 45 minutes

I want to try and complete these goals by the end of the summer, is this and ok workout.
Im also new to the forums so hi! BTW im also eating healthier.
