I know theres a million threads on this but none of them have what i need so heres my story. Im 13 and have a some belly fat and not much muscle, since ive started parkour its motivated me to get fit. Can you guys tell me how to improve my workout routine.
Press ups, about 10 5x times a week
Jog for 30 minutes whenever i can
V-Sits 50 5x a week
Sit-ups 50 5x a week
Im going to start HIIT too
I also practice rolls and vaults daily for an hour.
Is this ok for a person whos never worked out before, i have realistic goals.
Lose all belly fat
Be able to do 35 Press Ups
Gain speed and endurance, being able to jog for about 45 minutes
I want to try and complete these goals by the end of the summer, is this and ok workout.
Im also new to the forums so hi! BTW im also eating healthier.
