Welcome! / stradigy guides for beginners in parkore
« on: January 06, 2010, 05:45:51 PM »
we are looking for a guide that teaches us the basics for parkore in the way we should move about them(as in the order we should do them in). Also for mainly me not my partner what are some good tips while learning the basics to lose weight and tone the body for the more harder moves(mainly the stomake and chest). We also are looking for tips for gaining more air when we jump and what is the average amount you should have to use. at the moment we have reached about a foot of air without bending our legs.(we cant do a backflip yet  but we are trying ......failing.
We have been working on our rolls at the moment....HELP US PLEASE!>!>!>!>!>!>>!>!
P.s this is twougly cousin typeing for him cause hes slow and i am learning it with him.

ok heres my question i thought i whantid to be a tracer and do parkore but it was becouse of i didnt really understand what it was  i have read up on  tricking parkore and freeruning   from what i read  parkore is fastest way from point a to point b  tricking is just that  flips spins tumbleing      free runing is  a mix between parkore and tricking wherer you arnt just trying to et therer as fast as possabe and do flips and stuff that would actualy slow u down

is this corect and if so  is it still cool to  stay on the formscha with you guy and learn from you?
