Training Journals / Day 1/203~~~Josh White 203 days of parkour! ( basic Training)

Idk who is actually going to follow me on this little adventure, but i am starting a 203 days of parkour/ freerunning to prepare myself for basic training and to get better at the discipline itself.
I know people are starting the whole 365 days of parkour but the harsh reality hit today that I'm leaving For BCT for the army in 203 days. and what better way to prepare myself physically and mentally than to do the thing i love which is Parkour. I have been training parkour for a year and a few months now. I will be posting what i eat so i can get criticized to improve my diet and exercises. so starting today i will be doing conditioning and precision jump training. I will also be posting my weight at the end of each week
Starting with what i have eaten.
16012012 1232 PM Weight: 200 lbs ( 18% body fat) ~ shhhh I'm working on the weight after i stopped the first diet its hard to get back into it.
Breakfast:
-I slept till 10:00 so i didn't eat breakfast. ( I'm going to start waking up earlier on the weekdays and weekends to better my diet, because again i am just now realizing i need to get into better shape.)
Lunch: ( or brunch in this case.)
- Bowl of goulash. Which is like spaghetti but different noodles.
PM Snack:
- apple, and peanut butter( light not a lot.)
Dinner:
-Idk yet because I'm posting this at 12 PM but its going to be portioned whatever it is and ill re post what i ate for dinner.
.:WORKOUT:.
- Conditioning
~pushups x 100
~QM forward, back, side
~lunges
~ pistol squats x10 ( 3 sets each leg)
~ Burpees x15 ( 3 sets.)
~ handstand practice
~ handstand pushups x3 ( 3 sets)
~ RUN 2 Miles.
~Pull ups x5 (3 sets)
~sit ups ( different variations but until i cant do anymore ha ha)
~one legged jumps x60 ( 3 sets each leg.)

- Precision training/ landings
- rolls.
- cat hangs.
- handstands.
Going to push my body to the limit everyday
