Alright Traceurs, in an attempt to bring Parkour to Michigan and get people pumped about it I have created www.FreeRunGR.com

I would love to make this the APK of Michigan, lets get some great videos and pics up, schedule some Jam sessions and hit the training hard this year!

I had a few free hours so some friends and I went out and made this, since then we have been practicing in a gym. Next video will have me in it doing stunts as well, and a lot cooler stuff

We go to Aerials and Baranis gym Monday nights at 6pm class is 10 bucks, first one is free. More videos to follow.
