California / ATTN: Temecula and SFPK!!!!

I have just arrived in Monterey County, living in Salinas, going to school in Monterey. And I have a few questions, etc:
Temecula: Where you guys at again? I would love to train with yous!!
SFPK: I found out I don't have to fill out an out of area request to go to SF, so would you guys please keep me posted or link me to where I can be kept posted on jams? I can try to make it some weekends for sure. I would love to train with you guys as well!

I will be heading over to Monterey from Hawaii toward the end of May and will be there until sometime in June 2011. I'm looking for groups who run there or in the general area to keep me going with this. I'm quite new and completely addicted. I'm looking forward to finding a group to kill the monotony of class.

Socialize / What do you do when someone smiles and waves at you or says "hi."?

It doesn't matter whether you know them or not. When I make eye contact with someone, I smile at them and greet them in same way shape or form. But I find it SO annoying when they just stare or pretend they didn't even see you. Doesn't really effect me much, but I was just curious...

I have destroyed many a pair of pants of all types NOT doing Parkour..any suggestions? My other sources are asleep at the moment. XD
