Wadi Jones - "Parkour B-Boy", we got an impressive intro-clip of him parkour-ing (running up walls and jumping over things) before he started his breakdance routine. He did some great things, one Nigel commented on: the front flip without preparation. He made it to choreography too, but was cut.

You can also search on google SYTYCD Parkour and there are more hits about this guy.

So you think you can dance auditions in New York, this guys intro video was him doing parkour and talking about how parkour and freedom of movement has influenced his break dancing.  I haven't found a video clip yet.

This guy might not be a traceur but him scalling a wall for his escape sure shows how practicing Parkour could get you out of a tight spot when you need to.

A bit about me:  I am a bit older than most of the people that are posting here.  Im 30 years old but new to Parkour.  I am not overweight and have no health problems that I know of.  I did just quit smoking though so cardio build up is important to me.  i'm probably underweight at the moment, Im 5'8" and about 125lbs.  I am lacking muscle mass.  I used to work as an Ironworker during the summers to put myself through college so climbing columns and walking on small beams really high up was great fun and I wish I knew about Parkour then.  I have also bouldered in the past but am feeling kinda weak at the moment.

1. Improve strength
2. Improve cardio
3. Learn Parkour
4. Have fun
(Im not too familiar with how to exactly measure these things with numbers like others have done but as long as I see improvement and am having fun i'm happy)
