Socialize / Those Online Awkward Moments...

What are your most awkward moments on the internet? Mine happened just a few moments ago...

I logged back into my APK account... And I recognized probably about 3 people who have posted recently.  :( It made me sad to think on how much I've missed out with my absence. But I'm back, and hopefully here to stay. So... What are YOUR most awkward moments on the internet?

This is what I'm going to endure for the next 90+ days....

Morning:
5:30- Train
6:30- Eat
 Breakfast: Oatmeal (original, no flavor) 1 tbsp peanut butter, tsp honey, water. Eggs(opt.)
(Snack between 1st and 2nd block)
(Lunch)
Afternoon: (after school)
2:45- Conditioning
3:30- Eat snack
 Snack: vanilla yogurt with granola
Night:
6:00- p90x or alt. workout depending on my physical state (exhaustion, etc.)
7(8):00- Eat
 Dinner: Usually a type of meat and vegetable.

Meals differ each day. Breakfast is pretty consistent each day. Will post Before and After pics.
Saturdays are my days off but still maintain the eating style. Also p90x and training may switch. Like p90x in the morning and training at night.

Any extra help is appreciated because I am trying to build muscle. But not too much muscle...

Socialize / Getting into character.

For all of you actors and thespians out there who like to get into character before anything and never stop acting like your character, have I a challenge for you.

Make up a character or find one you can act like.
Post the name of your character, his/her mood(s), costume, pictures(optional), and the hardest part: stay in character for two days straight.

Mine:
Dominic Monarch
Dedicated, protective, enthusiastic.
Torn up sweat shirt with normal day shirts under. Sweats.

My apologies to Vince and Justin from 3eliteassassins I went out of line criticizing them when I was the same way over a year and a half ago.

I know they have made an apk account and called me out on it. I have put this in the general discussion because it is related to parkour and I know it will get noticed more. But if you need to move it to socialize by all means do it.

So again, I am sorry to you Vince and Justin.

General Fitness / Hgh? Your thoughts.

What are your thoughts on HGH. The supplement that is only illegal in the US, I think... But I know it isn't illegal in Canada.

HGH is really human growth hormone with no known side effects (well to me and my extensive research)
HGH is also illegal in the united states, why? I don't know. But I would like your thoughts on the supplement so that I may extend my research and knowledge on this.

Please guys, try to not get this locked because of arguing over opinions.

Socialize / Dead Poet's Society... Remake?

Well not necessarily a remake. But more of a fan film that is more modern... what do you guys whom have seen the movie think? Should I make a modernized remake/fan film of the ever so famous, Dead Poet's Society?

If so I need ideas on:
Should I keep the names of the characters? i.e. Neil Perry, Todd Anderson, Mr. Keating, Knox Overstreet, etc.
Should I keep it in a cave?
Where should I film the school?

First thing is first. These are still Justin F. And Vince something one another. They call themselves assassins and claim to be better Traceur's than a lot of people on YouTube... These guys are still bad at doing parkour. A conversation between Vince and myself consisted of:
V: Why are you messing with my Sleeper Agent
Then I messed with him trying to get me to tell him who he was even though I knew exactly who he was...
Me: You may call yourself an assassin because of what you attempt to do.

Then he sarcastically told me that he wonders why so many people tell me to shut up... One person has told me to shut up about this... and that was Justin cause I told him to stop doing Parkour before he gets hurt.

Parkour And Freerunning / A stupid family member.

Ok, so my cousin, his name is Aaron, got into parkour about 5 months ago thanks to my influence on him. He took it seriously for the first 2.5 months and even joined a local parkour club in his area. Then he turned into an idiot. I'm pretty sure he still does parkour but I don't want him to because of serious injury and using it to aid him in running from the cops. He is a pot-head, and as soon as he turns 18 he is going to drop out of high school because he is failing all his classes. He said he was going to become a drifter and just stay at his friends house without a job, and having his friend support him. I really don't want him doing parkour anymore because of my earlier stated reasons. He skates and because of where he skates he has had issues with cops before so I know he'll try to get out of there by means of parkour, and also he'll probably want to do it when he is high.

Does anyone have any advice for me? Either by getting him to stop training, or to stop him from smoking weed and dropping out?

Well, a friend of both Clinton and myself, has started training Parkour. He has been training since the 19th. He already has a video made of him training and also he is making a team. Clinton has talked to him about all this, but Justin seems not to listen. He hasn't practiced rolls or landings, he just moved right onto speed vaults, monkey vaults, kongs, etc. But the problem is, is that he thinks he is great at Parkour. I've been doing parkour for a year and a half and I know I'm not half as good as a lot of you guys. I'm not trying to hate on my friend but I just need some advice on how to get him to listen and what to say to him.

(by the way, Clinton offered a spot on Internal Fate for him but he denied the help and decided to make his own team. Why in the world would anyone deny help?)

Ok, I've finally got back into the groove of things and I'm ready to get moving.


It is a bit to late to start working out so I'm gonna have to do this tomorrow or whenever I find my damned barbell.

My dad helped me throw this conditioning together, I'm starting MMA training too so he might have gotten this from a website... but I dunno so yeah.

Since this is my first workout in a few months my dad told me to start without weights, so just the 45 lb. bar.

While I was typing that last bit my dad came in and told me to go to a website and guess what? It's the exact same workout... Oh well... lol.

Exact schedule:

Well guys, our world has come to it, global climate change, and it's not good. It will melt polar ice caps, and doing so will raise sea levels and destroy beaches and homes to thousands of organisms will be lost. If we keep going down this path our world in 40 years will be unlivable to where there will be tens of thousands of refugees looking for somewhere to go. The climate will go up when we need it to be normal to where the ice stays cold and we stay safe. We have ten years to save ourselves and return to normal. I have already taken a pledge to go green to help save our planet. A week ago I would not have thought much about this but yesterday I had my eyes opened, we will probably die if we do not make a change. Thousands of people are already stepping up and you should too. We need to reduce the Co2 being released into the air. That means cut your energy emissions by shutting off lights when leaving the room even if you are going to return to that room, unplug things such as lamps, tvs, chargers, laptops, when none of them are in use. Carpool places, that doesn't mean just get two people to go with you, that means fill up your car with people so that they don't emit Co2 as much because you gave them rides, I know this one may be weird but try it anyways, buy used clothing, it will reduce your carbon footprint from factories making you brand new clothes, walk, ride your bike, do parkour! These are just a few ways you could help individually, if you don't want the horrible world we are headed for.

Gorilla PK / Winter and us Gorillas.

Ok, Winter has approached and is hitting some of us hard... Like me, I don't want to go in the cold, but I HAVE to train. In the past 5 weeks I have put on almost 10 pounds of muscle and a few pounds of fat to center mass. (The muscle in my arms and legs...) But my chest and back are basically being neglected because I no longer have a gym member ship and also it's cold. So besides keeping warm while training, anyone have this problem and advice to fix the extra weight gain?

I am also eating more... But not to much and still eating healthy... except the occasional cheat... like a cookie...

Oh yeah that's right. As of Halloween, I have officially been training for one year. 365 mother effing days. Lol. Yeah I should have a video up in the next week though. Shouldn't be to serious more like a critique video. But I have gotten lazy and am gonna train the crap out of myself for the next few months.

Diet / New Diet Plan

Ok, I finally have a workout planned and all that good stuff but I need a diet to compliment my workout just fine. My problem is that compared to you guys I am really overweight... Not obese, just overweight. According to my BMI anyways. But besides the fact. I am afraid to gain weight for muscle mass, but I also don't want to lose a lot because I don't want it to become really close to impossible to gain muscle. So I came here.


My weight: 208
Height: 6' 1"
Age: 15

My BMI is: 27.4

So it turns out I didn't lose that much weight like most of you thought, I just grew a lot and leaned out. A lot of the fat turned into muscle. Like in my arms and my legs. But my stomach and chest stayed the same.
