Hey all I have recently started my training for parkour and was wondering who is all out there in the Bay Area. Live in a small town called Suisun, right next to Fairfield. Solano Community College would be a good place to meet if anyone out there is training as well for Parkour. Let me know! Power in numbers!!

Hey everyone. Been following Parkour and Free Running for some time now and i started my training as of Friday April 03. Also looked through these forums and found already some useful information. Though some tips on Nutrition would be very helpful. Breakfest lunch dinner. Also i live in California and ive asked several people and most of them have never even heard of parkour or freerunning. But if there are any of you out there in California (Bay area here) Would be awesome to train with others.
