fútsal/fútbol de salas/indoor soccer
-does anyone play
-any opinoins, in regards to the sport in general; relative to pk?
-any tips/advice
-reccomendations
i started playing last week at my cousins new apartment, there's have fenced concrete court next to the bball and tennis courts
- the last time i'd played soccer more than once every two weeks was when i was 5 and on a ymca team lol
- im not lost on the court, i guess i can say above average [i can do step overs, jukes, spins, and a few low level dribble moves.. but my juggling is nothing to applaud at]
- my only problem is that the only three people who can keep up with me are my cousin, his best friend, and his 11 year old step brother [who is AMAZiNG] but there is a very uneven set of levels.. i have a few friends that play but i have to give it time, given that they all work.
- i bought an official sized (4) low bounce nike ball, designed for fútsal, and a pair of nike tiempo natural II's and we played our first "real" game today, a 3 on 3, which at one point became a 3 on 3+goalie because some kid wanted to play..
- we are currently playing just for fun, untill we are confident enough to take on some of the more skilled 20 year olds that play from time to time..
eventually i want to at least get a 5 man squad, or a regular 3 on 3/ 4 on 4 group
- i do pk every day and it seems soccer will be twice a week, on my cuz's off days [till summer], the only thing is between the PK Basketball and Soccer my body seems to give out, i really hope that this fatigue can be trained out, so to say, to where i'm relatively functional on day 2 [i hate rest days/ periods]
- note that i stretch before during and after i do anything [when i remember to, no one is perfect]
im in miami so if any one's down jus hitMEup[txt]: (786) 246-7024
