Decided to start this log since I ran out of journal paper.  I usually post what I ate for the day and what I do in my workout.  I need advice on nutrition and encouragement is always good.  Anywho,  my first day.

For breakfast I ate a two - three egg omelet with ham and cheese.  Half a slice of grilled ham.  One hash brown, like the ones they serve at Mcy-dee's.  A bowl of rasin bran, and a cup of rasperry yougurt with chunks of fruit in it.

(I will update more tonight after I have lunch and do my work out for the day.)
