APK Academy Workout of the Day / still dont understand

I still don't and will probably will never get there fitness jargon...

What does 10 rounds for time mean? makes no sense... i want to do it but don't want to under do it by a misunderstanding?

Ok so for this workout of the day i have to do a handstand for 20 minutes  :o :o :o

Whats up with "run 200"?
and the rest of it... i just don't understand there jargin but i really wanna do WOD. I have some of there workout abreviations here but just dont understand it in general

General Fitness / ankle + knee strengthening help

Hey there

I was wondering what strengthening exercises do i need to do if i want to make my ankles and knees stronger and more durable-ish  ;D
Cause my ankles are really sore from jumping off a building and not landing{rolling} correctly...

Hey there again  ::)

Ok finally came to a conclusion that the freerunner's are the best out of ariake's and the savant's becuase:

- ariake's turn out to be $170 because of shipping and currency
- Freerunner's are better all round than savant's for free running.

Sooooo now i was just wondering if the Dęscent are any good for free running in comparison of the freerunner as the Daescent's look Way better XD

Im keen to buy my first pair of free running/Parkour shoes but not sure which ones to get?
Iv came down to the conclusion where i have to choose between the

kswiss Airake
or the
FiveTen Savent

But not sure which one ???can you please help
