Socialize / Super heros :P

Ever wanted to be a super hero? Heh I know stupid question but you know being a super hero is easy just be someone that people want to look up to. Originally my super hero was Bruce lee then Jackie Chan always standing up to injustice most of the time(Yes I have seen some of there movies when they are bad guys). Have you ever had an impact on someones life for positive and negative; And do you have people who look up to you? I asked myself this questions recently when more then a few of my friends told me they joined the military because I did and it confused me till one day I was doing quadrupedal movement; Hit my head and realized I seemed like a hero to my friends doing something with my life and "fighting the good fight". So I thought to myself more people have to have more experiences like this and it would be nice to share them. So to all of them super heros out there here a shout out to you share some and learn some.  ;)

Well I havent been that active of a memeber of this site due to one training to another military training to get ready to get to Afghannistan, But I wanna know how everyone else is doing around here. Oh Oh average temperature today is hot enough to blow up pop cans I had one blow up in my hand I guess thats what I get for cleaning up around the chow hall gotta love being a cook.

That is what I got told by a cross fit person. He said if I do exersizes properly I wont have to train for accouple hours a day I will only have to train for about 45 minuets a day.

2 sets of 20 push up squats
about 100 kong vaults on a picnick table both long and short ways.
1 screwed up kong vault giveing me my first front flip. (no injuries)

Lunch: sweet and sour chicken with steamed rice
Dinner: beer chilli and some pain killers and some cinnomon tea.
