Midwest / Parkour show that benefits the community!

Hello everyone! my name is Giovani and I am a members of TRICKset Flo Show. TRICKset Flo Show is asking everyone to like our facebook page at www.facebook.com/tricksetshow We are benefiting the parkour community by giving parkour and free running a clean name! Injuries - Discussion / Head Trama Injury

My team mate did a full outside but the grass was wet because it rained the day before... soooo he fell. He dosent have health inssurance and were pretty sure hes got a concussion. Hi I need to do a interview for my english class and I need to know if any of you traceurs/free runners are intersted... The interview will be eather done by phone or email... The questions will be specific because I have been a traceur/free runner for about 2 years so I dont need to know the generals... thanks

FREE FIRST CLASS!!!

Ok so i haven't been active on the forums for a while but there is a place where all the traceurs and tricksters get together and free run parkour or trick... its called Team central.. it is a great place to parkour!... We also offer parkour and free runnign classes!!!

Movement / new free running move

Ok so I am still getting used to it and trying to get the flow down but I have possibly made a new parkour move or combination of a move :D... my new trick (if really new) will be called GD... well any way the move is a 360 backward king kong here is the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWB1ABnwgqA skip to 1:50 and you will see a person is red short sleeve shirt (me!) doing it... like I said before I still gotta get the flow down and (it wasn't perfect I was kind of side ways).
