Diet / Diet I found online, doesn't sound to bad

I found this online while looking for diet guides/etc. I think it would be a good idea, seeing I suck at diets. I want your guys opinions on this.

FYI Yes, one of my goals is to be really lean, it matters to me.

I want to be criticized on this.....let loose.

Mon:

Diet:
Breakfast
1/2 jalapeno bagel (ow)
1 big pear
2 turkey slices (gonna have eggs, mom poorly cooked them Sad  )

Lunch:
School lunch....brought a lunch but this was the best of the week
Weird pizza thing.....1/2 garlic bread slice with cheese and pepperoni bits cooked on
1/2 cup salad with a decent ammount of ranch
1 cup 100% from concentrate grape juice

After w/o
1 Easter brownie

Dinner:
1 easter brownie
2 oreos
2 strawberries
12 grapes
20 carrot sticks
a pretty big ammount of this egg/cheese/mushroom/bacon casserole

I went to this thing, had a slice of pizza and 1/2 of a dq oreo blizzard......I need to eat better.

Tue:

For breakfast I had......12 slices of turkey (120 calories, no one fret), a banana, and....some carrots!!!!! and like 3 cheese nips

Lunch: 1 jalepeno bagel/ 12 slices turkey, 1 apple, and 20 carrot sticks

After w/o: A few strawberrys and a grape

Dinner: Co-op Club....a buttload of cheese, bacon, and turkey grilled on wheat bread.....epic+2 really sparse slices of pizza from there

Today:

Diet:
Breakfast
1 hard boiled egg
1 banana
1 slice of turkey (40 calorie ones)

Lunch:
1 wrap (DELICIOUS) with 2 slices turkey+1/4 cup shredded cheese
1 hard boiled egg
1 apple

My family is a little poor now because of a bunch of things....I'm looking for a shoe that works for athletics (running and stuff) and parkour....seems like they're for free running....as the title says free run.....anyone's thoughts on these shoes?

Hey....I'm starting starting strength, so I thought I'd log here. Comments/questions/constructive criticism welcome

So today I worked out, it was pretty intense, considering it was the first legitimate workout in a while.

Warm up-
20 jumping jacks
10 push ups
10 sit ups


Squat
45x5

85x2
95x5 I was gonna have this be the work set, but my abductors got really tight

I have a hill near my house that's a block long....about a 30 degree angle. Considering my abductors, it's the first day, and there was a hailstorm I didn't complete it as planned.

2xfull hill sprint (tapered into a run)
2x1/2 hill sprint

Afterward I stretched poorly....I need to stretch better.

Sleep:

Lied down @ 8:50, prob fell asleep at 10.
Woke up @ 6:50
Woke up a few times during the night then tossed and turned. I had to pee once, at 4:00 am.
I also kicked the cat out because she was getting on and off too much.

I want to be able to fall asleep without having to pee or waking up the whole night.....and fall asleep relatively quickly.

Socialize / I almost got jumped

Tonight I almost got jumped. I was stupid. I hope you guys learn from this......

I was walking around at about 10 pm with my friend. (fast sprinter, runs insanely fast, me, very fast, both 14) We were in a park and these teenagers start messing with us. (3 girls, one guy) (sarcastic, friendly) After going back and forth a bit, they walk over. I think no big deal. I give them the fake name (obviously being sarcastic) "Tomas Jane." (after they asked if I do drugs) I sarcastically replied "yes." They then said they would call the police. I told them not to. They asked if I really did drugs, to which I said no. They then said "Well you're not cool, then." After like ten seconds I turned to my friend and said "Wow, masters of trolling just got trolled." One of the girls fast walks back and yells to me "Did you just call me a troll?" I said "No, I meant trolling in like on the internet. I did not mean to call you the type that is fat and eats trolls." She pushes me and then storms away. I say "You need to chill out. I'm sorry for calling you that." I could tell she was close to losing it, and if I would have defended myself the guy (running back) would have gotten mad. Later my friend said he had a knife because he saw him opening and closing it in his pocket.

Lessons learned?
Stupidity is unforgivable
Don't overestimate safety
Don't be sarcastic with strangers
Walk away if strangers go towards
Get out if they act odd

I'm sorry if this is really sloppy, fight or flight is still on. (I can correct when I calm down)

I, David *********, hereby offer my youngest child, Samuel *************, an offer.  If he can dunk a basketball, as defined below, before I can, then I will reward him with $1000 (one thousand dollars, American).

The terms are as follows:

1.   It must be a two-handed dunk on a 10’ basket with a regulation high school basketball
2.   It must be witnessed by an independent witness who affirms this (not a family member)
3.   It must not use any assisting devices such as a mini-trampoline, i.e., it must be done completely by his own muscular power and the floor below the hoop.
4.   Loser must be present, and observing, of the feat.  Upon notification of an attempt, the presumed loser must make a good faith effort to witness this event within 10 days.  Further, upon notification, if the first to notify successfully dunks per above then he still wins even if the other party dunks later.

Samuel hereby realizes that the payment may not be immediate, but may take up to 28 days to affect (though David hereby gives him a promise that he will make a good faith effort to pay it the next day).

I just listened to a song on Pandora, and I listened to the song again....and I was amazed at how deep the song's true meaning was. It was When I'm Gone by Eminem. Also the other song is Where'd you go by Fort Minor. Any songs like?

I recently helped my brother move into his new apartment, and he let me be the steward of his mini-fridge for a while. I am going to stock up on healthy(er) stuff for me to eat, so I have some ideas, and I'd like some more. So far I have/am going to get:

I am a 7th grader, in Algebra I. Me and another of my classmates are megageeks (I'd say we're even in math, he pwns me in science, I pwn him in lit) he told me he was going to do this thing where he skipped geometry and took an online Algebra II course the next year. I think this would be a great idea, as I could take calculus in 9th grade! (or between 9th and 8th) Anyhow, does anyone have any studying tips for me, as I really don't want to fail this! Thanks!

Parkour And Freerunning / Box jumping H

My dad wants to build me equipment etc., so I don't mind that at all!!!! One thing I think would be very useful would be a box jumping H like device. What I am thinking is something that has ample room to land, and because this would be a conditioning tool, there probably would be failure, a way to protect my shins. Also adjustable, so I could have shaq be pwned by it and go down to like 10 in or so.

Injuries - Discussion / Foot tendenitis

Well, I most likely have foot tendinitis my doctor said. I'm on the cross country team, and I have flat feet, yuck. Now I have to rest for two weeks, no PE, no Cross country, no running, no parkour. I know I could do balance training and strength, any other suggestions?

My brother claims he's been a parkouri for 7 years..and that he can take 20 foot drops without hurting himself, and......it's just annoying. I've never seen him vault, (like when muggles step into our world for a brief moment) or condition at all, so I know for a fact that he's lying. I don't want him acting like idiot and crapping on what I say...so yeah. Also physics. I'm a buck 50, he's a buck 80, I'm 5' 6", he's 6' 1:, so if he conditioned for as long as I have he'd be 210 maybe, if he had been doing it for as long as he says he has he'd be a 240 maybe. :O Pro wrestler size.
