I just recently got my pot removed from my broken ankle, all I have being doing lately is exercise trying to regain my ankle movement,
It doesn't feel like it will ever have its full range of motion but I am not giving up on it. Hopefully I will be back training Parkour/Freerunning as soon as possible and I can't wait!

The reason I started the training journal is to keep track of my progress and it is something to look back on,
Unfortunately I don't have much to put at the moment due to not being able to train, it feels like so long since I have trained and it is so boring, you don't realize how fun it is until you can no longer do it. I can't wait to get back on the training :p

I will post on this topic almost whenever I can once I have started training again :)

Injuries - Discussion / IMPORTANT INFORMATION (COULD SAVE AN INJURY)

Right today I broke my ankle,
My ankle has being hurting for a few days now at the back and today I went training and broke it on a precision jump,
A warning to some people, if your ankle hurts at the back when you put pressure on it REST it, I rested for one day and it didn't hurt the next day so I thought lets train, trained and broke it, rest for a few days. It will be quite some time before I can train again
Im only writing this for your health and welfare. Dont overdo your bones and joints too much,

Freerunning is my main hobbie but other than that I enjoy playing games

Movement / Sideflip Help!

Hey I recently learned to sideflip at the gym but the only problem Is I have to do it about 10 times before I can actually land it and then after that its fine. The times where I don't land it my feet hit the floor (like im landing it) then I lose balance and fall back. The only things I can think of to solve this when i go back is to use less speed because i realised the time where I land it perfectly I land very close to where  i take off but other than that does anyone have any tips? to make my sideflip better or cleaner, or to even fix the problem? thanks!  :)

hey i was wondering if anyone has the same problem, i go to the gym to train every saturday the session only lasts one hour and a half so im not overtraining really. but the problem is the next day for about five days straight im aching EVERYWHERE, i dont know why and this means i dont get any outdoor training done, this never used to happen, it has being happening around a month when i first learned the webster

Welcome! / Frontflip trouble

Hi everyone,
I can already frontflip In the gym fine I decided to take it outside about 2 week ago...
I just cant seem to get hight, I can land it after like my 2nd attempt because I always fail my first for some reason,
But it isnt landing im concerned about its not landing correctly,
when I do the frontflip I land with my knees bent and on my heels sort of and this leaves me aching for days I just cant seem to get the hight to land smoothly on the balls of my feet.
I tried blocking I dont know if im doing it correctly.

Any tips? also If i stand straight and bring one leg into the tucking position I cant go tight unless I actually pull strech techniques for tucking would also be helpful,
if you need a video i could try get one up once the rain clears a bit,
