Parkour / Yet another Roll problem thread

Hey all! I did a brief search of about 4 topics and it appears a have a slightly different problem.
I am just starting to really focus on my rolling technique and I have gotten better the last few days, My transition from my arm/elbow to my shoulder is smooth and painless, I'm rolling from my right shoulders to my left hip, my exit angle is about 80 degrees and I avoid hitting my spine and hip, so here's my problem:
I don't think my back is used to this type of stuff, my muscles in my mid back are now in constant pain, i have muscle spasms if I try and raise my right arm over my head or pick up my right leg too high. Been taking advil to help with the muscle pain.
Is this something I just have to push through until my body adapts, or is there a way to change my technique to compensate for this?
-Ian
P.S. I've been rolling on carpet and soft grass, not cement or concrete.
