General Fitness / High Drop training ?
« on: March 14, 2012, 02:40:26 PM »
So dropping/jumping from high heights has always been an aspect of parkour that has really got me into it, so I was just wondering what I could do to prepare my body for large impacts rather then just going full force into it...ive been jumping down a slanted roof and increasing my height daily..but I was wondering if their any workouts to help your body!

Consumer Whores / What kind of onitsuka tigers are the best?!
« on: February 27, 2012, 06:03:11 PM »
So my friend bought a pair of the Onitsuka tiger ultimate 81's and the design and feel of the shoe for me were phenomenal!

I was wondering if the ultimate 81's were the best onitsukas for freerunning?

and also do the sizes match those of a regular running shoe?

Deadlift (stiff leg) 3/10-15
Bench press 3/10-15
Shoulder Press 3/8-12
Bicep focused curls 2/8-12
Tricep focused curls 2/8-12

Thursday-
Not quite sure yet...Suggestions please...thinking technique practice...not sure

Friday
OPEN GYM! Same as tuesday

Sunday: rest day?

Goals:
15 wide pullups (difficult for me to do 5 ...)
