Parkour And Freerunning / cop stopped me today

so on our way back from training on the crash pads at the school by my house, a cop stopped me and my friend, to see what we were doing, i guess we looked sketchy? but we told him where we were coming from and we started talking about American Ninja Warrior and he said he wanted to try out, i told him i have been training for like a year now but missed the try outs, he asked us how we train so we told him, he said he had respect for PK cuz he realizes how hard it is, then he took my friend to jail for a metro ticket he didnt pay LOL he was out like 20 mins latter, strange encounter

General Fitness / wrist strengthining

i just starting to not use my brace anymore and i was wondering what i can do to get it back to 100% its my left wrist and it dislocates all the time and i think its from lack of muscle.

Injuries - Discussion / sciatic?

i tweaked my sciatic nerve about a month ago, and ive been doing everything i can to help it but it doesnt seem to be going away, ive tried yoga, stretching, ice, heat, and ive looked into it and not moving is one of the worst thing you can do, so ive continued training but i cant go as hard as i want to, some days i cant even stand up straight....suggestions?
