American Parkour

i just signed up to apk in order to help get my youngest trained. i see there are many of us looking for a place to train and/or lessons. gym-ken gymnastics in windham has "Open Parkour night. it is held every tuesday thursday from 8:30pm-10:30pm. $20 for 2 hours of open gym." i believe they have lessons for also for those that are looking for tips.
