American Parkour

Well, there aren't any formal classes, yet. Of that I am sure. Where do you train at? Depending on that, any one of the Omaha traceurs  could train you. How far away are you from Premier Gymnastics?

My real name is Josh (duh), but my PK nickname is "Deer." The town that I am originally from  (Yutan, NE) was built next to an area owned by the Oto tribe. One of my last girlfriends was apart of this tribe. I went to a powwow with her, and it was there that I was told that my guardian animal spirit was a whitetail deer. The rest is history.

Is it just the common cold, or is it the flu? If it is the flu stay in bed and drink fluids! But, if it is just a cold, find ways to train inside. You can still exercise with a cold.

 

I live/ train/ go to college in Wayne, NE. I rarely come home to the West outskirts of Omaha.
So, It'd have to be a Friday or Saturday for me. If it's in Omaha

my favorite movement would have to be the cat balance. For vaults I would either have to say the kash or diving kong.

...When no one gives you weird looks anymore at the campus library. They're just like "Oh, it's you again."
