psycosis, what exactly happened bro???

I got an IM from him a couple hours ago, not too descriptive, made me worry. Came here to see if anyone else had heard anything or had reached him.

Hoping for the best for you man.

How late are you guys gonna be there? I've got work in DC for a couple hours Saturday morn, then I'll be free.

The DC BBQ battle is this Saturday (and Sunday) as well. I'm definitely going and it would be the perfect wrap-up to a training session. mmm... various barbecued meats....

FAQ / Re: What shoes should I wear for Parkour?

I'll definitely second (or third) the Asic Gels. Started wearing Asics way back in the day for high school track. They feel good, are lightweight, and surprisingly tough.

I've had no problem using them for parkour. They're comfy, give good support, and grip well.

Definitely have to see it again. I'm still re-adjusting my face from having it rocked off.

Hey, the name's Jim. I probably met a good number of you at the Beast Coast Jam this past weekend. Interested in Parkour, but haven't been able to run as much as I want. Going to change that this summer. I also enjoy gymnastics and run
