I got fired from my job a month before my wedding, and I still don't have everything ready for it. D:

Been quiet the last couple days. Trying to figure out exactly what I want out of my workout. Got told to stop doing any working out while at work, so I have to fit everything in where I can. Going to try to make a better, more comprehensive workout soon.

GOALS:
-Create a list of available workouts I can do, one a day, daily, that won't mess me up, make me sore, and will actually help my skills.
-Train my way to actual fitness using parkour and parkour-related workout routines.
-Current Parkour goals: Do a kong vault, roll on concrete, and regain my confidence.

Will post my new workout routines when I get them done.

Ditto to both. Maybe set a due date when entries are due?

... "Juicy Drop Pop" is a morbid name for candy. (A juicy drop being a large drop that ends in a squished, people-jelly traceur, rather than a landed or rolled one)

Decided to add a workout to my job. On long days, before my first break, I do one dip for every customer (38 in 2 hours today), between break 1 and lunch, I put my hands on my register and bring my knees to my chest and feet to my butt and hold it for 5 seconds for each customer (3 minute total in 2.25 hours today), on lunch, I do as many sets of 10 pushups as I can, in various styles. Didn't do any today because I didn't think to. Between lunch and break 2, I do a squat once per customer (22 in an hour today). After last break, I do one lunge per side per customer (70 today total, 35 a side, in an hour and 45 today).

No actual structured training today, just junk I did at work. 80 total dips at the regester between customers during 4 hours, some QM here and there. On lunch, I put my feet up on the back seats of my Trailblazer and held myself horizontal and belly up for 20 seconds once with palms facing toward and once away, then with palms toward, I did 10 inverse pushups. I followed that with a total of 3 mins of L-sits in an hour, and two hours of strength training and vault practice (mostly Lazies, Speed, and Monkeys, with a couple varients and Underbars for good measure), and followed by a minute of L-Sits during my last 45 minutes. After that was my first successful kong since last summer (not impressive at all, but I liked it) and some roll training (Gotta keep off my hip...). Might be my mind playing tricks on me, but I think I could actually notice the difference today.

What can I say? I am a huge nerd. So much so that I use the real world sometimes to get me closer to nerd fantasies. LOL. I have moved past the wanting to be a Jedi idea, though, and now do parkour for fitness and fun.

And where would a cheating spouse tell their partner the money is going to? Would they be able to track the finances and sue somebody, or something? Seems more like a way of getting yourself caught cheating than actually getting away with it!

I do parkour as the only way I can motivate myself to get into shape. It's not that I need to lose weight (If I lose any, I'll be grossly underweight, actually), but I have no muscle, and no strength. It's something that has been bothering me for some time. When I discovered parkour, I found something that I thought was cool, fun, and interesting, that I not only could do, but I had been doing without knowing it. I found a way to test my skills and test my limits, to free my mind and body.

That and I was into Star  Wars at the time, so I thought I could use it to make myself a real-life Jedi. XD

Did another set. Walked a friend through it (he showed me up with pullups and pushup, we equalled 400 meters and squats, and I did 15 Sammy streches per side while he did only 10 on each side.

The problem comes when the person using the site has no cause to. He or she is happy, and their spouse has been completely faithful. What then? Also, what if you regester, and the person it matches you with is your spouse? Would hilarity or hostility ensue?

Another stupid idea is to try using Dr. Scholl's massaging gel inserts as the outsole. Might be a cool experiment, right?

Worse yet, the same people that made Ashley Madison also run another site, forgot the name, that was created to destroy sites like AM and such...and they mention it by name, so it gives them more advertising. Sick, right?

Another midnight training run. Decided to push myself a bit. Ran an extra lap for a 400 meter run, followed by 15 squats, 10 pullups, 10 pushups, and 15 Sammy Stretches per side (for 30 total). Started a second rep, did 400 meters and 15 squats in before I started feeling like I was being watched, and before I thought I something in the corner of my eye. Decided it would be a good time to leave at that point. Will pick up training tomorrow, when my friend comes over.

Was practicing precision balance on concrete traffic posts almost as tall as I am, and I decided to try a jumping foot switch. Hopped off my left foot, and couldn't quite get my right foot there in time. Fell down, flung my legs back, and slammed my right lung dead center. Walked away sore, but ready for more. Only time I truly bailed.

OK, so it's been a couple days. Was so sore, I was limping around work for two days, but I am back. Last night, while checking mail, I decided to do some light training at the nearby college. Did some vaults, couple wallruns, all fine and dandy. Did one rep of the APK warmup just fine, though I still had to improvise with the pullups. Was feeling good this afternoon, so I went out and did two reps. Got exhausted, so I called it quits after two, but I am feeling better about it. Still not quite at the same level as I was when I did the big soreness workout on Monday, but better than I was a couple weeks ago.
