Okay what you're talking about more has to do with digestion of foods cold water is fine when not eating or using to digest food some people have problems with excessive heat loss in the abdominal region which can be induced by having too much cold water about a gallon will do it consumed within about an hour or two when you're not sweating. Depending on activity level this leads too an inability to digest foods in the small intestine as the molecules in the food are not spread out enough to react at a desirable rate so unless you consistently feel freezing after drinking a lot of water then it's probably not a problem for you and is nothing too worry about. Symptoms include lack of energy appetite and constant bloating.

This is clearly wrong as water does not significantly dilute the acid to digest, nor does it denature enzymes that break down foods that are involved with digestion.

It would help if you mention your activity level and as awkward as it can be checking your rate of digestion of foods is also a good idea green or yellow stool means it's not in your stomach enough or you don't drink enough water to digest the protein and other nutrients responsible for building up your bodies structure. You can eat too much that you actually lose weight as your not digesting the important nutrients and all that is digested is carbohydrates and sugar. Fat weighs less than muscle but you can also just burn off fat very easily as it's an effective energy source for aerobic activity. Protein doesn't get used as an energy source much and shouldn't be, carbohydrates help with digestion so you might want more best sources are grains, wheat product, and rice.

This makes absolutely no sense at all.

You can't eat too much that you actually lose weight.

Stool color doesn't mean digestion rate of food.

You have no concept of understanding metabolism as protein/carbohydrate/fat metabolism is fluid and not necessarily used for certain exercise properties.

And carbohydrates do not "help" with digestion in any sense of the word.

Eat til you're feeling sick every meal.

If you can tolerate milk go with whole milk.., at least a half gallon if not a full gallon.

And do strength workouts.

I'd get it checked out by an orthopedic doc and get some X-rays just to make sure you don't have a fracture.

Aside from that, RICE and allow it to start healing and start to do non-painful mobility work when possible

Depends on how severe the dislocation is.

If it's really bad you may need surgery to correct

But if it's mild then maybe a few weeks.

If it doesn't get significantly better in a week or two see an orthopedic doc

Yeah, you don't have to post every bump and bruise for the most part.

That's general advice for most injuries, unless it's serious enough that you should go to the emergency room.

Rest for a few days and see how it heals? Use ice if need be.

Could just be a painful bruise.

Doesn't get signficantly better in 4-5 days then see a doc
