Mine is a sort of yes and no. I have long hair so I tend to keep my hair out of my face with a bandana. I don't often wear it unless I'm outside or training. However, when my training gets really heated I tend to take it off. I realize I don't really need the bandana as often as I rely on it for, but I always enjoy having one on whenever I train. I guess it's a just a clothing accessory I've grown attached to wearing.
Damn, I kept reading banana.
It changes the whole tone of the message.

Adding on to a closed topic: It's a general rule that it is illegal to be on any roof that you do not own.

Not only is Kyle thoroughly out of your weight class, but has extensive background in martial arts and weight lifting.  Oh, and he has military training.

He is one BAMF you don't want to mess with.
He is the only man I openly fear with encountering.

While I'm not going to pick a favourite anything, I will let you know that there are other traceurs who love AT. Everyone I train with watches it.
Pumped for the next season, starting Nov 12.

Parkour And Freerunning / Re: I CANT FIND A PLACE TO PARKOUR!?
« on: October 29, 2012, 08:07:25 PM »
There are always places to train, my man. You just have to really get into the looking of things. Schools, churches, and playgrounds are always great.

Now for a quick grammatical lesson: Parkour is a noun, never a verb. You do not say that you are going to football, so you do not say that you are going to parkour.
You can do or train parkour, but you cannot simply parkour.

To Jake: The proper term for a "parkourist" is a traceur. Proper terminology keeps us organized, together, and helps the spread by having one name (as opposed to many confusing ones.)

I haven't been on here for so long. I haven't trained for so long. I need to work more.
I'm seconding the entirety of this post. I haven't been lazy though. Just extremely busy.

I'll pop on APK every now and then.
I wasn't big with the thread, but I was here now and then.

Accoustic tried to learn myself I learned the chords to Hey soul sister by train it just doesn't sound right
If you're going off of a website, you might wanna check multiple listings of the chords (if available). If you are going by ear, then just keep trying at it.

Dude, blanc. Where you been, kid? Yeah, a lot of the veterans are gone. But eh, I wanna set up a chat box Reunion day.
I would be totally up for that. I miss the days where the chat was filled with idiots. It was really fun.

Learning to play Piano Man. There are about 3 times as many notes in the intro as it sounds like. Worked on some laches today. And muscleups. And jumping. All good fun
Yeah, but once you hit past the second part of the intro the song is generally the same. It changes a bit, but not heavily.

The Steel City parkour jam just ended yesterday. I had fun. More inspired to train again...
...once I can walk properly.

Hey, man! Honestly, I think a lot of us have become inactive, taking only the occasional peek at the forums.

They will never stop his hunger.

Hahaha, maybe next time.
Instead, I just pet him afterwards.

Bit by my friend's German Shepard yesterday. Two puncture wounds on my left wrist (one deep, one not) and three stitches.
No parkour for a bit.

Eeyup.
I still can't believe that happened. The chances are so f-ing low. In my mind, anyway.

Was acknowledged for doing parkour
By the father of someone I met at a jam
Who happens to be IRL friends with Micah
What are the chances even?
It's not like they live nearby.
They live around two hours away from my home.

Also good: Did so much conditioning for the first time in a week. Ohmygod, such a long time.
Also also good: Got complimented by a random grandpa in a car.

I went on an art field trip with friends instead of taking my chem final today.
This is good and bad.
I'm taking instead on Monday.
Hopefully I don't die.
