Personalized training comes from you looking at where you are, where you want to be, and then setting specific goals toward that.
You want to be able to do a muscle up, but cant do a pull up? set your goals accordingly, then put a plan into action. That is the only way you will get better.

Like applepie said, to improve technique, you have to keep going at it. using repetition, getting you muscle memory proficient.  But it all comes down to your goals. Saying "I wanna get better at parkour" is a crappy goal. Its nice to think about, but in terms of motivating you and actually getting better as skills. Its not going to cut it.

I suggest getting a tablet, writing you goals out and then making a plan/schedule based on what you want to achieve.

I found that awhile back. was curious as to how a sandal would do while being obstacles like rails and such... seems like they could clip and hurt your foot. Like the sandal bend down whle your toes go over causing you to trip.

Still wanna make these though, seem really cool for running and everyday wear.

Ohhh....

thought I would add, 2 weeks ago I cut my thumb while slicing potato. It bled for a long time. ended up giving myself stitches.
Just found out that the cut was deep enough to score the ligament. So now I have a trigger thumb till it heals.
Trying not to bend it so much till its fully healed. But there's no permanent damage.  8)

Been sick for two weeks. Sore throat, fever, head colds, all that crap...

however I have more time now to do stuffs because my schedule isnt as hectic as it has been.

Anything that promises for you to learn the movements in a few weeks, or even DAYS is just asking for quick overuse injuries. like was stated Urban Current, and many other good channels online offer great tutorials and the best way to prepare your body for the movement.

Keep working it out! A lot of people on these forums are currently in martial arts, or where former martial artists (no i am not one of them)

I'm a little on the overweight side myself right now. And working well downward. Really the motivation comes from within. Find something that helps you say "I wanna do this for this reason" and write it down. Seriously. WRITE IT DOWN. Write down your goals. write down where you are and where you want to be. Logging is such a great thing. log everything. by doing this you can get a great pump to go on that jog.

I know what its like to be on the computer all day. Look im on mine at 10pm. I'm a graphic designer, all my work is digital. Im also in IT so i fix computers. I'm at school, on a computer 2.5 days a weeks with that. I know it can be an adicting challenge, but the only thing that can help you with this is to set limits and stick to them. It requires self discipline, but its worth it in the long run.

No, we can tell its not just a one liner. We can clearly see that you used 2 lines of text in your paragraph. 2liners FTW!

I teach PK freely with my friends, as I have made new ones that are worth my time, and want to actually do stuff together without trying to make me feel like an idiot for eating a certain way, or choosing to exercise instead of sit on a bench and talk. While they aren't big fitness, they want to be. And their great company to keep.

just thought id add that.

Hm, mine seems to be working fine. What browser are you using? Mine is working for me on Safari, Firefox, and Google Chrome.

currently on firefox. It looks like its about to link to my forum profile, then it bounces me back the the APK page. Does it when I try to view someone elses profile too.

all basic normal forum funtions.

Twisted my knee somehow. hurts pretty bad. not much if I dont use it. Not sure how but i was twisting it alot. The inside is where is hurts the most, and it takes more effort to lift it up, then the other one. Hope its nothing to bad...  :'(

Sucks.

Edit: forgot to add that its hard to drive the way I have to twist my legs to hit the breaks, yet I can walk fairly decently as long as its straight.

Does your friend do parkour? Parkour is being efficient and useful. I'd say being late and running was a pretty good use of it.
