Hmm... well i think it could be used for say the crotch or head region, someplace were it could be very bad if damaged.

I think it could also be potentially useful for practicing flips or something. something that wouldnt necessarily impede technique, but could prevent you from, say, landing on your knees and busing the crap out of them. you would know how you landed and you could tweak  from there, but it wouldnt hurt you.

I put some Knaan on my ipod a little bit ago. Its some pretty epic stuff. 

I like whatever has anice beat, sounds good, isnt to crazy. and i also really like music i can put to parkour.

Sorry about such an early notice, but i just figured i would gt it out there and maybe meet some of you gents before i came out. ill be coming out to Portland on a work function for my father and a college visit for my brother. My father really wants to show us around (like the whole friggin state), but i hope to get a little bit of out-of-state practice and meet some more traceurs while im there.

oatmeal with hardboiled eggs woudl be perfect.

You can hardboil a whole bunch of eggs -- like a dozen -- at the beginning of the week and eat 3 with oatmeal and you're golden.  Some berries if you like too -- BLUEBERRIES FTW 

or, if your not a fan of blueberries, get some halle berry.
