That makes me think of a head rush. Like all the blood in your body rushing somewhere and then your vision kinda goes in and out until blood returns.

Question I thought of after reading dogen touroial for tricking. What if you jumped and did a 180 and used that for a blocking technique for a backflip? Would that work or get way too much rotation?

I seen that show time warp. First episode I watched and it showcased Parkour. Coolest activity ever

Oh. I figured it also had to do with hieght since people jump up to do it. Thanks for the tips. I'm still kinda scared to try since I have to do it in grass that soaked most of the year, by rain.

OMG. That guy's a beast. And i will get it. I was just wondering about the height cause i wanna do a backflip and don't feel like crashing becasue of height

or does it matter since i can still do it. Or a different way of doing it?

So i'm 5'11" and my vert is like 28 1/2 inches. Is that good or bad for me? I jump over alot of things so i assume its good

Just the going up in the air part. I sure I can do it but then i don't know if I jump up then lean back to backflip or something casue idk.

Harsh about the knee. Doesn't sund fun. I just got through drill and it was crazy phsyical training.
