American Parkour

Ok, so here's my situation.

In a couple of days I'll be moving to a new house with more of a yard. Because of that I can finally fit a good trampoline in my yard and I'm looking forward to it a lot. Throughout my history with flipping/acro/tricking I've struggled a lot with understanding front and back twisting and also twisting for things like cart fulls and corks. Also I've struggled a lot with learning and becoming comfortable with a back tuck. I've done thousands of back tucks in gyms and grass but it just doesn't seem to stick with me well and I've kind of just let it slide.

So basically my question is how beneficial has having a trampoline to work twisting/flipping and all of that been for you? And how beneficial do you think it'll be for me with understanding off and on axis twisting and becoming more comfortable with backwards flipping?

Just kinda learned this.

These are 3 that I landed, these are still very sketchy for me and the movement changes around for me and I still fall a lot.

I need advice on making this better, etc.

This video basically covers the beginning of this spring and spring break, almost every day I went out to film for this video I did one thing I was absolutely terrified of but knew I could do. On top of this people and new things have been coming into my life that at one point I never thought would.

I owe it all to my mindset.

This is literally the worst advice I could possibly imagine.  Following this advice will likely cause injury.  If you're serious you should stop posting advice and learn more about anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.  If you're not serious, this probably isn't the thread when you're dealing with a non-native English speaker.
