Decided to start this log since I ran out of journal paper.  I usually post what I ate for the day and what I do in my workout.  I need advice on nutrition and encouragement is always good.  Anywho,  my first day.

For breakfast I ate a two - three egg omelet with ham and cheese.  Half a slice of grilled ham.  One hash brown, like the ones they serve at Mcy-dee's.  A bowl of rasin bran, and a cup of rasperry yougurt with chunks of fruit in it.

(I will update more tonight after I have lunch and do my work out for the day.)

Hi.  My names Josh.  I've seen free running videos on the internet but never really thought about getting into it.  Then I played a game called Mirrors Edge and thought that I could do this.  But I didn't put any effort into it.  So I started this diet and workout plan and started thinking it was tme to look into this free running stuff.  So I started looking into it and learned that what I acctually wanted to get into was parkour.  That's when I found this site.  So I started at the "what is..." links and ended at the "how do i get started" side.  I am looking for people in or around Fallon, NV.  If you are out here please PM me.
