Just as the others, pack light with first aid, some loose cash ($10-20), and a mobile device.

But personally I bring a small note pad and my flimming gear for longer Pk days.
That sounds like me lol. :3
I would suggest a camel pack if you can get one. A little easier to carry then a bottle or two. But as for training spot. I'm not sure what is out there for you. I suggest some parks that have a picnic table to try some vaults on. :/ If there is a hand rail somewhere you can try working with that.

In my thoughts. Some people are closed minded and think that it is a bad thing to do parkour (hope over a rail or vault over a small wall) Others Think its a joke like you mentioned. (or some older people think its just childish) But as many bad & mocked comments I have gotten I seen way more positive ones. Alot come from some war vets that mentioned doing something close to parkour but not similar (sorry if that made no sense) So I just take them as they come. Good or bad. I'm doing something I enjoy and like.    I hope that helps ^^;

its better you did that than did what i did, which was resist arrest and run.

i'm so sorry man.

cops are reall coocks sometimes.
yeah I had the same problem with Resisting arrest (but it was more of the cop said stop. You can't really stop from a run with out slowing down. Thats how I got charged with resisting arrest :/) Court is on the 10th. I'll let you guys now how it ends up :/
