APK Academy Workout of the Day / still dont understand

I still don't and will probably will never get there fitness jargon...

What does 10 rounds for time mean? makes no sense... i want to do it but don't want to under do it by a misunderstanding?

Ok so for this workout of the day i have to do a handstand for 20 minutes  :o :o :o

Haha funny that cause me and my mate train between 7 and 9pm starting yesterday (when its dark) and we hardly ever get asked to leave!

Just as a note, he's a tricker though, not a traceur so his tutorial is going to be in regards to tricking and flips etc. But it's really good.
Wow this is going to help me so much when tricking/free running especially learning fordflips

and the rest of it... i just don't understand there jargin but i really wanna do WOD. I have some of there workout abreviations here but just dont understand it in general

General Fitness / ankle + knee strengthening help

I was wondering what strengthening exercises do i need to do if i want to make my ankles and knees stronger and more durable-ish  ;D
Cause my ankles are really sore from jumping off a building and not landing{rolling} correctly...

Thx everyone for your comments!

I have now decided on the free runners as i like the sound of the insane grip and flexibility over the non-marking soles as this is mainly what im looking for.
