go into ur local gymnastics gym and learn some flips, start out easy in parkour and build up, you always want to freerun with somebody else for support and safety, spot each other and give support whe frightened by a trick, i also have learned it is easier to learn tricks with others, new energy breeds moves and competition is the seed for success in this game check us out at groundzerofreerunning.com and pm me for any tips or if u need anything,
ur friendly neighborhood traceur,

Parkour And Freerunning / Re: Cops

if ur a minority (well since i am this is my only view, sry to make a blanket statement) you will probably get messed with alot and if on a rooftop definately arrested, ive been arrested before doing freerunning and got arrested on charges of burglery, but they gave up cuz i explained the situation but it was still pretty hectic to have 7 cops pointing guns at us and they were pretty rough arresting us but we got through it anyway...sry for the long story but they will eventually let u go as long as ur not doing any harm (to answer ur question) u wont get hassled too much

It looks like they forced every single move in there, like they didn't practice some of the combos enough.
'yo first of all, who the hell r u? u show me a better vid of u and ill believe some of the the crap spewing from ur mouth, secondly Casey i appreciate this, but we practiced for a whole month for our parts, atleast I know I did and I know the chase scene was shoddily thrown together, so i can go with you on that, but Casey dont ever demean my level of practice, ive been doing gymnastics for 7 years i know how to "warm up", lastly we dont put video's up here bcuz most of you guys(sry for the blanket statement, but w/e ulll live) cant appreciate a true freerunner i.e. me and Sonic were at the philly parkour jam and were clearly the best there at parkour/freerunning, but were not in the video,
thats my 2 cents, thanks for reading
