Alright, week one done. It has been 7 days and I was able to go through the routine completely. I was sore after day one, but since then I have grown used to it and feel pretty good. I have also added some balance exercises from Demons Drills of the Month and constructed some precision bars.

I also ordered the Tutorial DvD and hope to actually start the "Parkour" aspect soon.

Only hitch was Saturdays Endurance training. My range was 1-3 miles, with a goal of 2-3. I ran about 1 and a half and my stomach cramped up, so I walked the rest of it out. Will try again though, this time better hydrated!

Alright, so a little bit about me to get an idea of what kind of person I am (physically).
Name: Brian

My Daily Workout (Mon-Friday)
3 Rounds
25 Squats
10 Pull ups
10 Push ups
25 Jackknife
5 Sampson/Full Body Stretches

3 Rounds
Part 2 of the Warm up:

High Knees (Half Step)
High Knees (Full Step)
Butt Kicks
High Knees (Backwards)
Side Step (Left over right)
Side Step (Right over left)

2-3 Times a Day
Rail Training (30 Minutes of various drills)

Endurance Training: 1-3 Miles

Rest Day
Indoor Swimming Pool (Time/Work Permitting)

General Goals:
After each successful week of training, I plan on adding 1 repeat to each exercise/per round. So after two weeks for example I will go for 11 pulls ups/round.

Will update at the end of the week, 2 days to go!
