I found this online while looking for diet guides/etc. I think it would be a good idea, seeing I suck at diets. I want your guys opinions on this.

FYI Yes, one of my goals is to be really lean, it matters to me.

I sprained my ankle and I'm taking a break till summer. No weights this week, upper body+maybe exercise bike next week then ss carefully with maybe exercise bike with that.

Just an update: I hung out with a few friends downtown then joined a game of tackle football. I was really tired because I did this for an hour and a half, then I walked across town to get home. Tired. I think I might have hurt my knee, a little. I'll rice it if needed. My old APK shirt got ripped! I'll have to get another one.

It's a road run that turns into a trail run for a while then finishes off on the road. It goes by the high school on a path, so I will refer to it as "HS path" or "high school path."

I lifted then ran hills. I reached my first goal, a body weight dead lift by dead lifting 185x5 at 180 lbs.

Det er fornuftig. Jeg er veldig trøtt, jeg bare gjorde en veldig intens trening. Du bør se min logg og tispe hvis jeg ikke gjør noe. Jeg har trent, bare ikke oppdatere min logg skjønt. Jeg skal oppdatere den i kveld.

Kyle-I'm like 15, but I still have an idea. You could have an unused room to stuff people into. Also having a good home gym would be an idea. That could rocket the price up, but you might be able to make it work. Just saying.
