Yeah, Im on the Pearl Harbor Naval base. Not sure if it has a name besides that. I wont get my car till later this month so I'll be relying on bus/cab/feet to get me around for now.

Why did the psp emulators thread get deleted? Emulators are completely legal. And ROMs are too as long as you own the software you are downloading. And as you can see noone recommended any locations where ROMs could be downloaded. -snipe- know also that for the most part ROMs are used illegally so they do not provide any on their site. It is a completely %100 legal site.

Check out the PSP section on -snipe. No linking to warez please.- It had a link for emulators under their featured content. DarkAlex is a freaking hacker god in that community. I assure you they will have a safe one on there. You may have to downgrade your psp and download a custom firmware. But there are plenty of people with custom firmwares.
