DAmn... thatīs insanex2. I just started not a long time ago and it seems like every week I get a new injury. Right now for the moment I messed up my leg (pulled a muscle)., So I canīt do it in a while about a month.

dont feel like you have to have someone to do parkour with. When i started, i had nobody to practice with so I ended up teaching myself pretty much everything by watching videos and just going out and experimenting.

How is it going? I've never done parkour but I really want to start doing it. I'm down here in Littleton but I'm willing to drive down there to start learning. Would it be ok if I was to come? Or do you need to be experienced? I've never done gymnastics and did 4months of Tae Kwan Do. NOT much at all, so is that ok or not. I would really appreciate on more info. What time again? What's up guys... I just came really interested in Parkour and I really want to start practicing it. I'm down in Littlton off of Broadway and 470. I don't know of any groups or where can I get started but I have the most important thing, the willingness of doing it! I really really really want to start ASAP. If someone could like maybe meet up with me and we could start from there that would be awesome. Anyways let me know.
