Diet / Re: Are grains bad for you? Considering Paleolithic Diet.
« on: October 28, 2014, 12:34:10 PM »
The only reason I would say milk is bad for you is because of what dick said some people just can't process it correctly in their body or because it's designed for that animal...  But Grains i'm not to sure about though I would say not but you never know.

There's not really a definitive definition that can explain parkour to its full extent perhaps instead of saying what it is try saying how it makes you feel  :P

Parkour And Freerunning / Re: New to parkour--what kind of shoes???
« on: October 27, 2014, 05:30:20 PM »
For shoes I'd recommend feyiues to strengthen your feet and then when you get stronger feet you could do parkour bare foot or you could just start bare foot whatever floats your boat.  ;D

What Sebastian said you should ask people in your school that you know would be intetested make a Facebook group get some embers and set up times you can meet just try to interest people in parkour maybe just stroll around town and see of you can make people want to join you.
