All of you seem to be hitting the flip stage. Where you're just learning flips. I learned my flips before vaults. So I had flips like Backflip,Frontflip, J-Step, Ginger flip, Exc. down within 3 months. If you have any questions on a flip, feel free to E-Mail or message me.

I can already do the wall spin. And it's not the injuries that bother meh, I hurt myself on purpose for demonstrations all the time. I'm just not completely sure about it. I was really hoping for some progressions.

My Call sign is Element. Because when it comes to physical elements with the body (Not fire-Water, and all those elements) You use all of them. So to me, Parkour is its own Element. So I got the nickname Element.

Parkour And Freerunning / Re: How To Deal With Cops?
« on: June 19, 2014, 03:12:02 PM »
When we have run ins with the cops here at Red Raven. It's usually for 1 of 2 reasons. We trespassed, or it's a private area, such as a school or store. The trespassing is for places like Water lines. Lot of bars and fun to climb. Parkour is not illegal, so if you're climbing roofs of an abondoned place, you should be fine. Exc. We do Parkour at this old Dog pound. It has a cool water holder that's fun to climb around on. Cops come by all the time and they don't care because its rundown and unpopulated. But. If someone does call the cops because they're "Suspecious". Just explain your situation and be polite about it. Everything will be fine.
I would love to show you some of our clips from our area so you can catch a drift at what I'm talking about. I you give me your email, I would love to show you.

Parkour And Freerunning / Help???
« on: June 19, 2014, 03:03:16 PM »
So I never had a problem trying a flip, but when it Comes to one, I freeze up. The wall flip. Everytime I go to do it, I change my mind at the last second and just kick off the wall without doing the flip. Does anybody have some progression tips you can give me or just any advice to help me get over this?
