Hollywood stuntman, but that's is pretty competitive so good luck with that

7
dude, just stay off the roof, that is the kind of shit that gives all of us traceuers a bad name, you can find somewhere else to do what you want to do.

8
we have people on here called the rooftop police for a reason, you dont need to be on the roof, thats how people get hurt

Parkour And Freerunning / Re: moves for parkour?
« on: February 12, 2013, 10:47:28 AM »
Don't worry Corey. There are very few obstacles that require any kind of flips to get past. If you want to learn acrobatics then a gym is the best place.

With Parkour it's not essential to learn a list of movements. If you can't find a way past an obstacle yourself then sometimes you can try and copy what someone else has done, but if you want to get better at it you need to start trying to work out ways of getting past the obstacles yourself. A copied technique might get you past the obstacle, but to do it well (and move on to harder obstacles) you're going to have to adapt it to your own body and to the obstacle in question. All obstacles are unique.

Remember, moves aren't important here. Parkour isn't skateboarding. What is important in Parkour is getting past an obstacle so you can continue on to the next. You're better off focusing on obstacles rather than techniques. When you get past one obstacle, move on to the next. If you can jump to one wall, next try a slightly harder one.

that, listen to that, f#ck that list, this isnt gymnastics, you dont have to know how to do all of that shit, the only thing you need to know is the roll and some vaults

Movement / Re: Wall Runs: Left or Right Foot?
« on: February 08, 2013, 11:01:25 PM »
what your talking about is a vertical wall run, when i hear wall run, i think running on the wall horizontally. depending on the size of the wall you can use both feet.

Movement / Re: I've seen conditioning explanations but why not breathing?
« on: February 08, 2013, 10:49:47 PM »
just breath normal man, if your focusing on how your breathing, your not focusing on what you should be focusing on, like the guy before me said, your body will do the right things without you realizing it, now, if your like wanting to do something, like, say a kong you have never done, breathing would help with that, take a few deep breaths to calm you down, focus on what you want to do and go for it
