Title: Ceejus' Training Log: Where Boundaries are Broken
Post by: ceejus97 on March 17, 2015, 05:35:36 PM
Veni. Vidi. Vici.

About: I'm a new freerunner, but determined to be the best I can be.  I've always debated about doing Parkour and the like, but I am now set on doing this.  Hopefully, I can meet and eventually surpass the goals I have set for myself.  I chose to start freerunning not only to stay in shape, but to express myself through these means.

Stats:
Gender: Male
Weight: 135 lbs. (I know, pretty small. Lol)
Age: 17
Height: 5'8"

Short-Term Goals:
Learning Dash Vault and Turn Vault.
Landing a front flip.
Gathering the courage to Wall Spin (A big problem for me).
Parkour Rolling without hurting my shoulders.
Maintaining a Handstand for at least 30 seconds.
Increasing Wall Climb height.  (Currently a little over 9 feet.)

Long-Term Goals:
Drastically increase my Stamina.  (Currently have approx. 10 minutes for my Mile Time)
Learning/Mastering Front, Side, and Back flips.
Learning combos and how to keep flow in said combos.
Mastering Handstands.

I do intend on updating this if I come across a new goal, complete a goal that's listed, or if anything has changed.

great goals so far but i think you should really drill your rolls first and foremost, as this is one way to keep our training safe.
