So I have been doing my daily updates on a different site, but I am changing to APK forums, because it is better, eh? So yesterday I did the workout of the day, which is this. http://www.americanparkour.com/train/workout-of-the-day/6976-wod-11-9-11 Today I did 29 pullups and 20 knee to elbows.

Today I did handstands, I did normal handstands, walking handstands, and press to handstand. I just did these where ever I went.. :)

Yesterday I got some new shoes. Feiyues. I did a bunch of precisions to help break in my shoes. I did a few vaults, thrying to get distance without a running start.

So yesterday I just did whatever I came to, was a sort of free day. Today I worked my striding, precisions, and I explored my local area to see if I could find somewhere new.

I also got my vertical Parkour shirt! YAAAY!

Day 15 : Oh, okay thanks, anyway this is day 15, today I found out that one of the people in my group is related to me... O.o And we looked around my property and he decided we were going to plan a jam at my house, So pumped!

Day 16: today I just did a bunch of precisions in my garage. Lame right? I am going to do a bunch more tomorrow, hopefully...

day 17 18 19 and 20: I have been SO busy, but anyway, on day seventeen I worked on my dash vaults, day 18 I just fooled around with my sister, 19 I worked on vaults, again, day 20, just some precision running and walking.

Days 20, and 21: day twenty i did a bunch of vaults and precision jumps day twenty one I worked on cranes, trying to get precision, but got crane.

days 23 and 24: on day twenty three i did some light conditioning, and a little bit of stretching. on day twenty four I worked on my dashvaults and I started doing this dash/ side vault twist and go off the opposite side backwards, I think that explains it well enough.. :)

Days 25 26 27 28 and 29: on day twenty five I did precisions vaults wall runs and balance training. Day twenty six I filmed a bunch of my month one video, and that encompassed a lot.
Day twenty seven I has honors choir all day, but we went to the mall for lunch and I went into a fitness store and worked out for like twenty mins.
Day twenty eight, honors choir again, I did a bunch (12) handstand pushups during a break, and just vaulted things.
Day twenty nine, I did just balance training and running.

Day 30; I ran a mile or so, I did some basic training;vaults and such. Worked on my rolls.

Day thirty one: I filmed and posted my month one video!!! WOOT!!

On the first of February, I did a bunch of precisions on some pots.

February second. Day 33: I ran home from school, around a mile. I did a bunch of cash vaults and a bunch of dash vaults.
