Title: Is this okay?!?!

I never condition my body or even exercise, I just go out and do parkour. It seems alright because I am able to do things that most ppl can't do in parkour so I was wondering is it bad if I just go out and do parkour without conditiong?
P.S. I have been doing parkour for 3 months like this.

well if you have been going for 3 months or so i would say your good you must have still been active or something to be in shape but if you want to get better conditioning always help  ;D

Condition.  You're damaging your body over the long term if you try parkour movements without conditioning.

lol thanks! I only been doing 5 miles since that is the only way I can get to my best training spot and well as far as anything else I do parkour on everything when I am walking.(curb,benches,picnic tables,cars,rails,stairs,walls, and occassionaly on ppl, literally!=D)
