For balace strength and flexibility...

personally i do a combination of T'ai chi, Qi Gong and yoga to stay limber strong and balanced (in addition to normal parkour training of course)

I do strength training (weights and/or bodyweight).... and then static stretch afterwards

All I do is bodyweight stuff and conditioning exercises for Pk...but I play soccer because it's fun not just for the running:)) i thaught about starting some other things similar to martial ARts or sth. I 'll probably do that during winter time..
