I did this one today, for some odd reason:
30 reps for time:
- bodylength precision jump & wall climb
Time: 6:11
The jumps were 6'2 for me, which was far too short. 1.5x bodylength would be much more challenging, especially since the lower catch on the wall would make the climb harder. The limiting factors were a lack of balance on my precision trainer (I'm pretty uncoordinated, it seems), and the fact that the thing slid out of position after every single jump. I'll need to weigh it down next time.
Let's see someone go sub 4:00 (definitely possible).
