Hey!

If your from AZ and your active in parkour, whether it be at a beginners level or advanced, or maybe even just wanting to learn, then post your Name and nickname here and where your from with contact information. Alot of stuff should be happening here in AZ so I want to include as many locals as possible.

Hey everyone, my name is Ben and I just decided to commit myself to parkour. I already have a lot of body and balance training as a result of me being a martial art practitioner, but I know this stuff is still gonna kick my butt (and I'm looking forward to it). I'm really excited about starting up, I think I'll probably try out the apk workout tonight.

Almost forgot to mention that I'm in Tempe.

He everyone, keo here aka Kyle. I'm form north Phoenix and I've been a freerunner for about 3 months. For a beginner I'm not that bad but I'm still not that great. If anyone knows where buffalo ridge park is right off union hills and 16th st. That's where I train.
