I thought it would be cool to have our own AKPK/FR training journal thread so that we Alaskans can share our training routines with each other. Just make a post as often as you want with a Training Routine that you think makes you a better Traceur/Free Runner.
I'll start with mine.
Precisions on Back Deck, 10x each set, 5 sets
Kong Vault Tables 10x each set, 3 sets
Monkey Vault 15x each set, atleast 2 sets
Double Kong(just learned) 5x 4 sets
Lazy Vaults 10x 3 sets
Lastly, Cat Leaps/wallups 10x 2 sets
I do these as often as I can a day, I dont do ALL exsercises but I get as many done as I can
