So, about the south KC training this Saturday... Yes, it's still on.  But can we make it 10:30, instead of 10?  Even with coffee, every extra minute to sleep in on Saturday is helpful.

Thanks for coming, guys! I'm sorry sorry I was late. And it sucks that the place turned out to be such a flop. I was hoping we could train on the campus.  Oh well.

Here's a (very late and last minute) update on this week's training.  Since that spot wasn't very good, I thought we could try something a little different.  Here's the info (under "MO Jams").

Hey Casquinha,

Im in Raymore right now, want to train sometime? Im fairly new myself. I trained BMX for 4 years, so I know how to get myself around things, but i think it would be fun to train around Cass County, anyway. Hit me up at Rickbross [at] rickbrossgraphics [dot] com

hey i live in the blue springs area, east of  KC until i actually try to get my license im stuck around this area, pretty new to parkour, working on getting back in shape right now.
For me parkour is freeing myself from everyday stress, seeing the world in new ways, disciplining my body to work in ways it hasn't before, and more.

What is parkour to you?
