recently i did a loser a few times and then on the 5th time or so i didnt push back/tuck enough and my feet caught the wall and i landed on my butt. However in the process my hand was also landed upon and my fingers were pushed really far back. it was swollen and bruised and i used RICE for a while and it doesnt hurt doing most things. but iif i bend my fingers forwards or try to make a fist it still hurts. I think my hand could still be bruised in which case i should refrain certain parkour related activities.?
