I actually did many takes over that guy, a regular hurdle, a reverse vault (my favorate shot actaully) a speed vault and that roll. I cant believe they used that roll.

I was going to do this one flip I know, it is like a combination of a barrel roll and backflip, but I wasnt really feeling it that day (that was actually the last part of the shoot) we had already been going for 5hrs of a total of 6 or the running shooting, total shooting day was 11hrs, for a silly 30secs commercial. Lol.

The opportunity came up when they were needing a guys to do just some simples jumps around, there werent looking for anything fancy just a hurdle over the guy and one to get in an elevator (which obviously they didnt use) but then when we told then what we actually do, they were like, oh can we see some stuff, we went outside really quick and they were like OK we GOTTA re sketch this!!! lol

I think that's a Hawaii only pastry. We only got apple here. Damn you Hawaiians!

What I liked best about it was that it showed very "simple" parkour (notice I have simple in quotes). I didn't see any super flashy flips or crazy acrobatic stuff. I thought this was great, as I am pretty much a parkour "purist."

I am amazed that you could do all that stuff with a soft-serve ice cream cone in your hands.

You would not believe the weird foods McD tries to serve here in Hawaii. Taro pie, which is a root, like potato. Haupia pie, which has a coconut goo inside. The McTeri burger, slathered in teriyaki sauce, served with shredded lettuce. Spam or Portuguese sausage, eggs and rice - it's one of the breakfasts - I have no idea what it's called. McCholesterol? They try it, see if it flies with the locals, and if the tourists can keep it down.

I'm sure there's more weird stuff that I missed. Teri chicken bowl, the McSpam sandwich.

There are local 'plate lunch' spots, where you can get real teriyaki chicken or beef, along with a scoop of rice, and a scoop of potato/macaroni salad for about the same price as a McMeal.

I loved the Spam plats at Mcdonalds for breakfeast, and I like dthe peachmango pie, but i hated Poi.
