I am 16 and a complete beginner at PK. Just started doing exercises etc. that everyone recommends.  I live in Kingston and would like someone to show me the ropes, so to speak. It's like a half hour away from Poughkeepsie and New Paltz.

you go to KHS or coleman? if khs, you dont by chance have nelson or purdy for history do you?

im from orange county also. just started out. live in pine bush. i compete in sports with all the surrounding town and im looking fro people to start pk with, help each other get better and train. ill be in Cornwall some of the summer i know ill be there july 4th.
